Event details

The international German Shell Show Öhringen occurs every year on the fourth weekend in september. The venue is the Stadt- und Festhalle KULTURa in the Herrenwiesenstr. 12 in D-74613 Öhringen, Baden-Württemberg.

Information for visitors

The show is open to the public on Saturday from 9am to 6pm and on Sunday from 9am to 2:30 pm.
Entrance is free.
40 to 45 dealers and collectors from all around the world will offer their treasures for sale or swap. Besides seashells and other marine creatures there will be also fossils on offer. Furthermore there are exhibitions throughout the show and seminal talks on saturday afternoon. Within the framework of the Shell Show the Club Conchylia e.V. - the host of the German Shell Show - will have it's annual meeting on Saturday at 6pm.

Information for dealers

Dealers and collectors with swap tables have the opportunity to set up their tables on Friday from 2pm to 7pm. No visitors are allowed during this time.
The rental fee for the tables is 15.00€ per meter for members of the Club Conchylia e.V. or 25.00€ for non-members. Swap tables are free of charge.
